Did you find the dragonfly in the photo in my previous post? I have pointed it out in the top photo. You can see how difficult it is to see them! The only way I can do the census is to wait until I see one skimming and darting over the prairie, ( 80 acres ) track it and then move in when I see it go down into the foliage. I then move in even closer to see if I can find it. And they are large. This skimmer is about 2 inches long -
